Terms & Conditions for bdjali

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of bdjali ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), an online casino and sports betting platform operated for players based in Bangladesh. By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

bdjali provides access to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, crash games, and other gaming products (collectively "Services"). These Services are intended solely for entertainment purposes for adults aged 18 years and above. Nothing contained on this Platform should be construed as financial advice, investment guidance, or a guarantee of any specific outcome.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. bdjali reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at its sole discretion. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. The failure of bdjali to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

1.1 Definitions

• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the bdjali Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds (real money and/or bonus funds) held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit awarded to a Player's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Game Rules" means the specific rules applicable to each individual game or betting market available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity and age verification procedures required before withdrawal processing.
• "Real Money Funds" means Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) deposited by the Player from their own personal funds.

1.2 Language of Agreement

These Terms are written in English and all communications between the Player and bdjali shall be conducted in English. In the event of any dispute arising from the interpretation of these Terms, the English-language version shall be the definitive and authoritative version.

The bdjali Platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, access the Platform, or use any of the Services offered. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old at the time of registration and that you will remain eligible to use the Platform for the duration of your account's existence.

bdjali takes its obligations with respect to underage gambling seriously. We employ age verification procedures as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, and we reserve the right to request documentary proof of age from any Player at any time. Common acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of the Player's account and forfeiture of any funds held therein that cannot be verified as legitimately deposited by an eligible adult.

In addition to the age requirement, you confirm by using the Platform that:

• You are accessing the Platform from a location where online gambling is not prohibited under the laws of your local jurisdiction.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party and are playing with your own personal funds.
• You are not a professional player or acting in a capacity designed to systematically exploit bonus offers or platform mechanics.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the bdjali Platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close associate of bdjali or any of its affiliated game providers.

2.1 Responsible Use of the Platform

bdjali strongly encourages all Players to gamble responsibly and within their financial means. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — all of which are described in detail on our Responsible Gaming page. All financial transactions on bdjali are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdjali supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to the Player's account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. bdjali does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which bdjali accepts no responsibility.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous payment instruments, or unverified sources are not permitted and may result in account suspension and reversal of the deposited funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification, as described in Section 3.2. Once approved, withdrawals are processed within the timeframe specified by the relevant payment provider — typically within 24 to 72 hours for mobile financial services such as bKash and Nagad.

bdjali reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds or that are flagged by our fraud detection systems. Players may be required to provide supplementary documentation to support large or unusual withdrawal requests. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to make a deposit into the Player's account.

4.3 Fraud Prevention

bdjali employs industry-standard fraud detection and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Any Player found to be using the Platform for fraudulent purposes, including but not limited to chargebacks, collusion, or use of stolen payment credentials, will have their account immediately suspended and the matter referred to the relevant authorities. All funds associated with fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

As a Player on the bdjali Platform, you agree to use the Services in a lawful, fair, and responsible manner. You accept sole responsibility for all activity conducted through your account. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdjali Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with bdjali.
• Attempting to access the Platform or another Player's account without authorisation.
• Using automated scripts, bots, software, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, its games, or its betting markets.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the Platform's software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or any other activity that interferes with the integrity of a sporting event or casino game outcome.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Conducting chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bdjali staff, support agents, or other Players through any communication channel.
• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the bdjali Platform without express written permission.

bdjali reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these obligations and to take any action it deems appropriate, including account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of bets and winnings, and recovery of losses caused by prohibited conduct.

bdjali reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• Confirmed or suspected underage gambling.
• Evidence of bonus abuse, fraudulent conduct, or collusion.
• Confirmed or suspected money laundering or terrorist financing activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal instruction from a payment provider.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or request from a law enforcement authority.
• A Player's own request for self-exclusion under the Platform's Responsible Gaming provisions.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting bdjali support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, bdjali will process any valid withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance in the account, subject to KYC completion, within 5 business days. Bonus funds remaining in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

8.2 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or imposed by bdjali — you will immediately lose access to all Platform Services, any pending bonus offers, and any loyalty or reward points accumulated. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bdjali reserves the right to withhold and permanently forfeit any balance held in the account, including real-money funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8.3 Disputes

Any dispute arising from account closure, suspension, or forfeiture of funds must be submitted to bdjali in writing via [email protected] within 30 days of the disputed action. bdjali will review the dispute and provide a written response within 14 business days. bdjali's decision on such disputes is final, subject to applicable legal rights.
